Pay subscription with existing account vault
POST/api/subscriptions/v2/:subscriptionId/pay
Pay a subscription using an existing account vault (payment method). This endpoint is for customers with custom portals who want to programmatically pay subscriptions. Authenticate with x-session-token header.
