Create custom subscription
POST/api/subscriptions/v2/custom
Create a plan-less, fixed-term custom subscription: a one-time charge for a fixed window (start date to end date) with a custom amount and optional add-ons. Any field sent as null is treated the same as omitting it (no 400). Authenticate with x-session-token header.
