Update customer
PUT/api/customers/:customerId
Update customer details — a partial merge: only the fields you send are touched, everything else is left unchanged. Null handling is per-field: sending null CLEARS phoneNumber, address, externalUserId, or defaultPaymentMethodId (removes the attribute); on every other field (companyName, firstName, lastName, email, customFields) null is ignored (same as omitting it). Authenticate with x-session-token header.
